The Transmatic 6560 SPORT is specifically designed for digital dye sub printing of apparel and other industries that require cut panels or engineered prints.
A new self-contained, oil heated drum system assures uniform heat across the width of the cylinder and the lowest possible power consumption. Transmatic oil heated drum system use 50 % less electric power than all electric machines. Drum size available- 61 cm / 24 to fit all the needs of the digital industry.

This application is especially suitable in the high production sports T-shirt printing industry. A new oil heating system ensures uniform temperature distribution over the entire length of the cylinder with minimal energy consumption. The Transmatic’s oil heating systems consume 50 percent less energy than electric machines. Transfer papers are placed with the design facing upward on the table. Cut fabrics (fronts, backs, arms, necks, etc.) are placed on top of the pattern. The printed fabric pieces and paper leave the machine via a rear conveyor belt. Use of roll transfer paper with the ability to place cut pieces of fabric.

At its core is Transmatic’s advanced oil-heating system, which ensures uniform temperature distribution across the entire drum width while consuming up to 50% less energy compared to electrically heated presses. The 200 mm diameter drum is optimized for high-speed digital printing without compromising transfer quality.

The machine is equipped with 3 unwinders and 3 rewinders featuring 3″ quick-connect shafts, offering excellent versatility in handling transfer paper, cut fabrics, and continuous materials. The 7360 SPORT supports three operating modes:

• Transfer printing with cut fabric pieces placed on transfer paper

• Use of bobbin transfer paper with cut pieces

• Continuous roll-to-roll printing of both paper and fabric

Additional features include electro-pneumatic felt guiding, independent motors for felt drive and rewinders, digital speed control, reversing safety bar, and an automatic shut-off system after felt cooling. An integrated energy-saving mode further reduces operating costs.
